精彩有活力的「新北樂齡日」系列活動，本期邀請人氣爆棚的資深劇場演員－劉淑娟老師，為爺爺奶奶量身設計「動動身體藝起來」肢體課程，邀請爺奶一同活動筋骨、認識自己的身體！
新莊文化藝術中心樂齡藝術課程自開辦以來，內容多元有趣、教室總是笑聲滿堂，因報名踴躍而有不少民眾向隅，該課程即日起至二月二十六日受理報名，樂齡朋友可千萬不要錯過。
新北市政府文化局昨（十四）日表示，「新北樂齡日」以靜態課程設計為主，但為讓樂齡朋友體驗不同型態的課程，去年邀請到資深演員領引樂齡族群開發肢體遊戲，佳評如潮反應熱烈，尤以「發聲練習」最受學員歡迎。今年度將加場開班，藉由「肢體開發」帶領長輩們「動動身體藝起來」，療癒系課程不需要言語，用充滿動感的肢體表現，讓長輩們動起來、笑開懷，機會難得！
「動動身體藝起來」肢體課程，上課時間為三月十四日至六月十三日每週二下午二時至四時，共計十二堂課，課程費用一○○元，更多活動訊息可洽：網站www.xzcac.ntpc.gov.tw查詢。
